Bio

Because being human at times can be hard, I believe everyone could benefit from therapy. My approach to therapy is about creating a safe space for my clients were they can be vulnerable with themselves to feel and learn and where growth can happen. A space were we can work together to identify your needs, learning style and comfort levels in an interactive approach in order to process and work through the complexities you may face, uncover your strengths and develop new skill sets to propel you to be a better version of yourself.

I am enthusiastic about helping you find your best self and assisting you on your journey. I feel honored and privileged to walk these paths with you and work as a team to discover how we can best reach your goals.

I graduated with my MSW in 2010 and have experience in domestic violence, sexual abuse and individual and family counseling. I have worked as a Social Worker in a variety of settings from the judicial system, hospital care to individual/group therapy and feel that the diversity of my experience has helped prepare me to serve in this capacity.
