Bio

“There is no love like your own.”

My approach to therapy is experiential, somatic, attachment-based, and relationship-focused, as I believe our work is built upon a strong therapeutic foundation where we courageously identify and resolve the root cause of what is creating your symptoms and problems. In our therapy, we will help you break free of anxiety symptoms and form a new, loving connection to your body and internal experience. You will get to know yourself on a deeper level than before, to develop a kinder and safer inner-world to live in. This will help you unlock the answers you have been looking for so you can be more present and fulfilled with yourself, your world, and your relationships.

I have previous experience in an adult psychiatric inpatient unit at University of Michigan hospital. This formed my holistic understanding of mental health, and it sharpened my crisis intervention skills. I was drawn to the therapeutic relationships I built in this setting, which is why I transitioned to working in private practice: to build trusting, supportive, therapeutic relationships to help everyone I work with reach their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.
