Bio

“There is no love like your own.”

My approach to therapy is attachment-based and relationship-focused, as I believe our work is built upon a strong therapeutic foundation. In our relationship, I will help you develop a kinder and safer inner-world to live in, to help you reach your goals and feel more connected to others in your life. We will help you recognize your inner strengths as we walk this journey together.

I have previous experience in an adult psychiatric inpatient unit at University of Michigan hospital. This formed my holistic understanding of mental health, and it sharpened my crisis intervention skills. I was drawn to the therapeutic relationships I built in this setting, which is why I transitioned to working in private practice: to build trusting, supportive, therapeutic relationships to help everyone I work with reach their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.
