Everyone’s journey will be unique, so my approach to therapy will also be unique to each person. I incorporate multiple modalities to tailor my sessions to your needs, while always treating you with empathy and unconditional positive regard.

I’ve worked in many settings, including domestic violence, hospice and medical case management. As a military veteran, I have an understanding of the challenges faced by service members and their families.
