As a mental health counselor, my goal is to help clients build upon their strengths, process life struggles, and overcome challenges. My experience and education have allowed me to work with clients from varying backgrounds and with various diagnoses, with a focus on individuals and couples. I have specialized in child and adolescent counseling throughout my Master’s education at Northwestern University. I hold additional certification through the Gottman Institute for relationship counseling as a Level 2 Clinician. My previous experience includes providing in-person and telehealth counseling to adolescents, adults, and couples in a private practice setting similar to that of Therapy Today.
