My approach to therapy begins with deep respect for your story and a genuine desire to build a trusting, meaningful relationship. I practice from a person-centered perspective, believing that you are the expert on your life and the only one who can truly determine your needs and goals. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I am committed to meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you navigate anxiety, depression, grief, stress, marital challenges, and family conflict.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Spring Arbor University, a Master’s degree in Business & Organizational Development, and I am a Master Certified Life Coach. Guided by my Christian faith and a lifelong desire to serve others, I transitioned into clinical social work after many years in healthcare corporate leadership – what I now recognize as my true calling. I bring a grounded, real-world understanding of stress, relationships, leadership, and life transitions into the therapy room, offering both professional expertise and lived experience.
