Bio

I believe mental health is just as essential as physical health. Just as we care for our bodies, we deserve the same attention and compassion for our emotional well-being. Therapy isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level, finding clarity, and making space for your story to be seen and heard.

Every person has a unique journey shaped by their experiences, relationships, and inner world. I see therapy as a space where you can explore that journey without judgment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of where you’ve been and where you want to go.

My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I work to create a supportive, open environment where you can feel safe to be yourself, reflect on your patterns, and begin to grow in ways that feel meaningful to you.

Your story matters. I’m here to help you uncover the strength, insight, and resilience that’s already within you.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Michigan State University, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical practice, mental health advocacy, and trauma-informed care. My professional experience includes working in an inpatient behavioral health hospital, where I supported individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in a highly structured and intensive care setting. I also spent time in community mental health, providing services to individuals living with severe and persistent mental illnesses, helping them navigate complex challenges with compassion and consistency. In addition, I’ve provided individual counseling through a nonprofit agency, offering support to clients from diverse backgrounds as they worked through issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma.
