Bio

Asking for help isn’t easy. Following through takes even more courage. I deeply admire the commitment it takes to show up for yourself, and I promise to meet your dedication to wellness with the same care and consistency. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space for you to explore your innermost self.

As an MSW student, I draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches that will help you discover and leverage your inner strengths. I will collaborate with you to get to the root of challenges while also sharing practical skills to help you stay grounded, mindful, and open along the way. Together, we can build meaningful, lasting change.

I first discovered my passion for social work while leading educational programs for elementary school students in southeastern Michigan. Witnessing the positive impact these efforts had on the community inspired me. From then on, I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life working directly with people to help improve their lives.

Virtual clients may notice my 10-year-old tabby cat Ella hopping onscreen from time to time! As a lifelong choral singer, I also believe in the healing, restorative power of music.
